Convela is a dietary-intelligence consultancy for the hospitality sector, based in Switzerland. This website is informational; nothing on it constitutes a binding offer, and use of the site alone does not create a client relationship.
Engagements
Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between Convela and the client. Descriptions of our method and practice on this site are illustrative and do not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue result, or regulatory compliance for a venue.
No professional advice
Content on this site is general information, not legal, food-safety, medical or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Compliance with food-safety and allergen obligations remains the responsibility of each venue under the laws applicable to it.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-law rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The competent courts at Convela's registered seat in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction provided by law.
